What we collect

• Account data: name, email, hashed password.
• Profile data: grade, school, avatar (optional).
• Learning content: tutor messages and images you upload.
• Usage data: free-trial message count, device, IP address, basic telemetry.
• Payment data: collected directly by Paddle (our reseller); we receive only the subscription status, not card details.

Why we use it

• Provide the Service (contract performance).
• Personalise tutoring and improve answer quality (legitimate interests).
• Prevent abuse and fraud, ensure security (legitimate interests).
• Customer support (contract performance / legitimate interests).
• Send important account / service notifications (contract performance).

Who we share with

• Hosting, database and AI-model providers acting as our processors.
• Paddle.com (Merchant of Record) for the sale and subscription management of Premium.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting).
• Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep account and learning data for as long as your account exists, and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (or your local supervisory authority). Contact us via in-app support to exercise these rights.

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls.
