AI Studio Academy Pty Ltd offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on ScienceEazy Premium. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders.

To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and submit a refund request, or
• Contact us via the in-app support channel and we'll assist you.

After 30 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation you will retain access to Premium until the end of your current billing period.
