AI Studio Academy Pty Ltd offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on ScienceEazy Premium. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.
Payments are processed by Paystack on behalf of AI Studio Academy Pty Ltd. We handle all refund requests directly.
To request a refund:
- Contact us via the in-app support channel with your payment reference, and we'll process your refund.
After 30 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation you will retain access to Premium until the end of your current billing period.
